My husband was able to install this in 10 minutes. At first it leaked but then he realized he left out a part in the box. The part blended right in and he missed it as he was tearing it open.
Having this combo is so useful when I bathe my daughter. Both shower heads work at the same time so she can play under one showerhead while I rinse her with the handheld showerhead. It's so useful!
The price is great too! I'm so pleased with this purchase!

This product gives great water pressure on both shower heads, even when used at the same time! Easy to install and use...
We actually purchased a separate head holder and put it on the other side of the tub... now we have two heads that spray you at two different directions... It is phenomenal!
Highly, highly recommended... so much so that I just purchased one for my sister for christmas... (because she raved about mine during her prior visit)...

I love all the options on this, however, you have to get to the mounted head to switch modes to hand-held. I am 5 feet even, so this is a challenge, and standing on the side of the tub while wet is just slightly dangerous. It would also be nice if the hose on the hand-held were longer, but it seems to be pretty standard.
It also increased the water pressure in the shower significantly - an unexpected bonus! All in all, I strongly recommend this product.

I bought this primarily to replace an older showerhead with low water pressure, and this certainly does the trick. The first person to use the shower after I installed it described the experience as "like walking into a hurricane" (both showerheads were on the massage setting at the time, though). Water pressure is good with both heads, on individually or at the same time. I found this to be a fairly good bargain. Water pressure does not seem to drop when both shower heads are being used. The only problem I experienced was that, in installing the diverter, no matter how much I tightened the nut, the diverter wanted to spin freely, even tho' I had installed the vinyl washer properly. Ended up going out and purchasing a rubber washer, put it in and the diverter is nice and tight. No problems since.
