Like some others, I had a leaking problem on install. It doesn't seem to be a great design, the parts don't seem to quite line up correctly. After playing with it for a while I did manage to get it to work with only a very minimal leak, but after reading some other reviews here I might go back and try some of their ideas. I definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone though, a shower-head should be a very easy thing to install without any problems like this one seems to have. I'm no expert but I've installed shower heads, faucets, toilets, kitchen sinks and a few other things around the house, this one should have been a 5 minute job.
