My husband and I wanted to purchase a rain shower head and I saw this while looking around and purchased it. I surprise my husband by not telling him it came in and when he saw it he was like Whoa, b/c we are in a rental the shower stall is old and small so it looked huge ok... just bigger than what we previously had. After his shower he was so excited and wanted one for our guest bathroom too, which I'd already guessed and told him I'd taken care of it and originally bought two. We love this because many of the rain shower heads do not detach and the idea that the outer shower head part is still showering when you're using the detachable it was great. The price was a steal too.
It was super easy to install. I really didn't need a tool or anything and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Although I did change the steps since it wanted me to start by putting it together as you go in the shower stall, I figured my arm would give out before I was done so I put all the parts together and then installed it in the shower which was easier and a lot less painful.

I have not used the shower head personally, it was a gift for my mother. After I installed it she said that it gave her one of the best showers she has ever had. Read the reviews about leaks so I used Teflon tape and snug-tightened with a crescent wrench during install. Took less than 10 minutes and no leaks. Good water pressure but I believe that is a characteristic of plumbing more than the shower head but other have complained. Nice variety of settings. Very pleased with this purchase. I do want to mention that the item is "flimsier" than I expected (has a "made in China" feel to it)--it's made of thin plastic and I'd imagine it would crack or shatter if dropped on a really hard surface. Simple and quick 15 minute installation with no problems at all. The shower head gives a perfect wide spray and it's well worth 30 something dollars. Changing out our old shower head for this was the best thing we could do for our bathroom.Customer Review: Like Standing in a warm Rain Storm

I love this shower head! It makes me feel like I am standing in a warm rain shower. A little life luxury for an affordable price. The detachable head makes cleaning the shower much easier also. Would definitely recommend it. Not a water saver though, unless you turn it on and off when you are soaping up. I just do the quick, luxury shower and don't feel guilty.
