This is very useful product for the everyday aches and pains of life. The pain in the neck , from reaching the pain in the a** from falling when you are unloading , the pain in the back from carrying the weight of the world. Okay sometimes it just feels that way .... the Biofreeze make it possible to fall asleep without waking up a dozen times ,or being so sedated that you slepp through the alarm clock . I have arthritis everywhere, fibromyalgia and occasional migraines. This is the best remedy. You just put it on (don't have to rub it in) and it works. I was introduced to this product in my chiropractic's office (works so good, I don't need my chiro anymore). Great for muscle aches after work outs or heavy lifting. Great for tired feet. I was familiar with Biofreeze from when my daughter played lacrosse and had muscle pains - it was recommended by the trainer. Expensive to buy, but this was a great deal. The stuff really works. Goes on like aloe vera gel, but dries without being sticky. It does have a menthol smell, but not annoyingly so. Reaches the pain deeply - I used it for rotator cuff inflammation and found that the relief lasted much longer than expected. A good value!Customer Review: A great product

My family was introduced to biofreeze through my mother's massage therapist, and it has been a real blessing. My mother uses it every day to reduce the pain in discomfort in her shoulder and arm muscles caused by seizures, and my girlfriend loves it for arthritis in her knee. Now my father is using it for a strained back. It really does work much better than other pain-relieving ointments that we have tried. I've suffered with lower back pain, sore muscles from constant computer work and been woken up with sore hips.... I started using BIOFREEZE when my husband brought home samples from his chiropractor and it is amazing. It not only eases the pain but allows me a full night of uninterrupted sleep. One other benefit is that while the scent is strong when you put it on, it absorbs into your skin and into your clothes or bed linens. I LOVE IT!
