I first discovered BIOFREEZE at my chiropractor's office and have been in love with the product ever since. I have multiple sclerosis and some times the pain is so overwhelming that it's hard to even think straight. There have been times when I have taken all of the medication available to me and it still doesn't even touch the pain. BIOFREEZE is just about the only thing that works at those times. It reduces the pain and muscle spasticity and its cooling effect is much more tolerable than something like Capsacin cream which seems to heat up (and heat and MS don't mix!) I would recommend this product to anyone with MS pain or other conditions with neuropathic pain (like diabetes or poor circulation)Customer Review: pain reliever that works

My left knee periodically aches. It's probably arthritic. I purchased this product based on a physical therapist's recommendation to give it a try. It's a gel that rubs in without a greasy residue (big plus for me). Immediately you can feel the cool sensation. It also gives a "Vicks" type odor that only lasts a while but is very strong initially. The product does actually deal with reducing pain in the area of application however, that gives me concern as to whether I'm only masking pain and making things worst. The "Vicks" odor is a bit much for me as well. The masking and the odor only warrent a 4 star rating. Overall for most muscular and joint pain it's a pretty good product.Customer Review: Not a cure but provides temporary relief

Those looking for temporary relief of pain would almost certainly find this product useful. However, if anyone has ever used any other Menthol/Camphor-based topical pain reliever the results will be similar if not the same--in other words there isn't any magic here. This product numbs the area and serves as a good adjunct to use along with your NSAID of choice (i.e. Naproxen, Ibuprofen, etc) for temporary pain relief while the injured area heals itself. The only cautionary statement I have is that this product may give you the false impression that your injury has healed completely. I suffer from osterarthritis and have been using this product for over
five years. Buying it online through Amazon allows me a great savings
over the $12.00 per 4 oz. tube drugstore price. It gives me relief
within minutes and allows me to continue with my daily activities
without taking extra pain medications.
I highly recommend it to anyone with joint pains. And, after buying
it from more than one source, I highly recommend Amazon for helping
me find it at a reasonable savings.

This product is fabulous. It came recommened by my massage therapist, and after having her try it on me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I have never had a time it didnt work for me. I am a fitness instructor and teach a lot of cycling classes, & yoga. there are times that my muscles need a little bit more than Yoga can offer, and this stuff does the trick. If you are going to need it alot, dont waste your time with the small bottles. Get the big one.
Smell is not bad, and short lived, worth every ounce.
added benefit - have your massage therapist use it on you. And get the added benefit. :o)
