Just wanted to say "Thanks".
I purchased an inflatable lumbar support from you back in Nov 07. It was around thanksgiving and I was in desperate need of your product before taking a 14 hour flight overseas. Your staff (young lady) went above and beyond in ensuring the support arrived prior to my trip, thus ensuring I would make it to my destination "alive". After three major back surgeries and one minor, I can tell you without a doubt your product works! And you have a great staff.

Tried samples of this and was REALLY impressed by how well it works. Loved it so much, I had to purchase several tubes for myself. My knees are bad and rubbing a small amount of the BioFreeze on them really lessened the pain and made it much easier to move around and exercise. I love that the gel really is stainless, greaseless and the odor vanishes -- no walking around smelling like you've rubbed menthol all over yourself! Another nice feature is that you only need a small amount to get pain relief.
I will definately be purchasing more of this wonderful product and you will, too.

I've been using Biofreeze for many years since being introduced to it by a chiropractor I went to for pain related to computer work (neck, back, and arms were affected). This stuff is great for reducing inflammation without the mess of an ice pack. It relieves pain very efficiently, and is much safer than most pharmaceutical pain relievers. It's even safe enough for children 2 years and older, which makes it even better! I have always used the gel-based version, though I'm sure the spray and roll-on formulations are also wonderful. Definitely better than what a doctor would order for aches and pain.Customer Review: Best pain relief

I have used this product for about 8 years! I got it originally from the chiropractor. It doesn't smell like Ben Gay or anything else you've smelled. For me, it works best when you rub it in as deep as you can, though it says you don't need to. It works great on muscle pain or foot pain, but my mother loves it for her arthritic joints. Something in it also seems to attract my cats, they love to lick my biofreezed (frozen?) feet when I'm waiting for it to dry. Though its greaseless, its still wet, of course.
You cannot go wrong with this item. I can definitely recommend this product.

Biofreeze is great! I am someone who suffers from muscle pain all the time and i use biofreeze quite often on my back and neck, along with the 2 men in my family use it when they hurt as well..never fails to bring relief from the pain. Goes on cold and warms up. I always have it in the house..beats those other rubs that stink stink stink and don't always work, or burn your skin because they put too much of something in it..like the recall on icy hot products lately. This is doctor recommended and it is well worth the cost. Cheaper online than at any store too! my pharmacy sells a tube for 20bux!
