This product was origionaly recomended by my chiropractor. My family has used it for five years now. Very good and lasts long. It is the only product of its kind I can use because of skin reactions to most products. The only problem I have noticed is in the winter if I go outdoors soon after applying the product it give a too cold feeling for a bit. It is cold on contact but evens out after a bit. So just give it time if the weather is cold outside. According to my husband, who has arthritis, it works the best of all of the topical products he as tried.Customer Review: words cannot describe the effectiveness of this product

a friend sent me biofreeze (at the recommendation of a chiropractic dr she knows) because of the extreme pain a back injury was causing me. i love this product. it penetrates deeply and allows for long lasting pain relief. also, it's so gentle on the skin that it doesn't burn your skin off while reaching the maximum effect. it is a very cooling and gentle product. great for people with sensitive skin! now that i've been introduced to this great product i won't use anything else. i would recommend it to anyone with any type of muscle or joint pain.Customer Review: Biofreeze is a Great addition to a therapy routine

I've had chronic neck and shoulder muscle/joint problems for years. I've found that the use of BioFreeze in addition to my therapy exercises has made a huge impact on my ability to manage the pain. With my situation, I experienced results within 2 treatments. Other creams and rubs from the drugstore don't compare in quality and performance to Biofreeze. While Biofreeze does have an odor, it quickly disipates unlike the drug store brands which linger for hours & and there is NO greasy residue. My therapist uses this product on my knee while doing a ultra sound, and then she rubs and massages my knee. After I leave my knees feels so much better and this stuff gets down deep in the tissue and it makes my knee feel good for literally hours. She uses the gel and it seems to be stronger than the roll on that I brought off of this site due to the cheaper price. The roll on works but seems to be a little weaker than the gel , however you can apply it without your hands getting messy. I prefer the gel because of its strengthCustomer Review: Pain Reliever

BIOFREEZE is absolutely outstanding as a pain reliever.
I had sore muscles from doing a few home repairs the other day. I applied BIOFREEZE to the affected areas, and within 10 minutes, I could feel BIOFREEZE working, soothing those achy muscles down deep.
This product does not burn you, nor freeze you, in case you are wondering. It feels GREAT truth be known!
I highly recommend this product for people with sore muscles, or people with osteoarthritis pain.
