For a headlamp--first that I've owned, it feels solid and bright. Just thought of buying something I need to use once in a while while working on bikes and cars, but it should be useful for just about anything like walking at night. I bought two of these for my husband and I to use while walking our goldens. But really, the best use so far has been to put one around the neck on each dog at night and we know exactly where they are when walking the beach and neighborhood. You usually get what you pay for. This case is no exception. I LOVE this headlamp. It's easy to turn off/on when it's on your head. The tilt adjustment stays where you set it. Very easy to readjust the tilt while it's on your head. Bright enough for having to get around in the dark.Customer Review: its what your really looking for

paid around 45 dlls and it's what your really wanted when you bought that 20 dollar one.

I feed feral cats and often it is still dark outside when I feed. I need my hands free and this light does the trick. It puts a nice amount of light and has different options whether you want more of a beam or softer, wider light. I like it very much and highly recommend it.
