Customer Review: These are HEAVEN in winter!

I have these sheets in queen plum and LOVE them - am on my second or third season with them. They are thin to the touch, and they are fleece on only one side, but I was always to make the bed with the designs/nap facing your body so this doesn't matter to me. The fitted sheet stretches easily over my deep pillowtop mattress and does not come loose. The sheets have not shrunk, pilled, or worn thin on me in multiple washings over the past year or two. In fact, in winter (here it's in the teens outside during the DAY) I take them off the bed, wash them, and put them right back on. They do hold scents very strongly, and they are exceedingly warm and do not breathe due to the polyester content, so we sweat more often in them and need to wash them more frequently. But unlike flannel, they are not cold to the touch when you crawl into bed on a cold night, which is perfect for anyone who doesn't like to get wrapped up in long nightgowns or pajamas due to being an active sleeper. Matched with a down comforter on top and an excellent mattress, this makes the bed a very inviting place for those "long winter nap"s! I am considering buying a second set just to have a spare, since I put nothing else on the bed from November through March.
