Customer Review: Lousy service on this one !
Summary: 1 Stars
Ordered on 09/22 and was due 10/01. Tracking said shipped via USPS, but no tracking info available. Called Amazon on 10/02 as it's now past due. Customer service said it went Fed Ex although their Amazon's tracking still says USPS. Girl says i will get it on 10/05, although Fed Ex tracking says not until 10/06 ? I call customer service again, this time i'm mad because it's late and i feel i'm getting jerked around. This second girl has an "oh well attitude".
Needless to say, i am not happy with any of this. No excuse for it, and i'm sick of customer service people who could care less about customer service ! They got my money on time and without a hassle. I expect the same with my orders.
Amazon shipped these Fed Ex even though the listed it as USPS. There was never any tracking detail. Fed Ex had them until the 6th, then turned it over to USPS which made it confusing for everyone !
I finally recieved them last night, washed them up, and had to empty the lint basket a couple times. They seem OK, but maybe a little on the thin side.
Took 9 working days, 3 phone calls to Amazon Customer service, 3 trips to the post office ?
