Customer Review: defective lot? all trays have broken corners

These seem like they would be really useful. However, when I checked out the first one I received, I found that all 4 trays were broken. Every tray had 1 or 2 corners that were cracked/shattered. In some cases the corner was intact, and just had cracks but others had a large hole in the corner.
So I returned that unit for a new one.
The new one arrived with the same problem.

Neither shipping box was damaged in anyway and the red "shelving"/carrying unit was completely unmarked.
This means for both units, the trays were not broken by something "crushing" the box or unit.

I'm returning the 2nd one now and probably won't bother trying this one again.

it's too bad, this seemed like a decent storage system.
