This is made of VERY cheap plastic like you'd find protecting an electronic item at BestBuy. AHHH I know how describe it better.. its the type/ thickness of plastic you'd find as a food container at a grocery store deli. CHEAP!
Do yourself a favor.... go to you hardware store, spend a couple $'s find some materials, cardboard, plastics, etc etc and in 5 minutes you could make a much much better product.

the product worked as promised. Wasn't to concerned with how cheap the plastic was as others stated, because its under my couch, no where visible. The only problem i had with it is it had no magnets that most duct deflectors have to hold it onto the register. But i had a small brick that i placed on top of it and it is working fine. Other than the lack of magnets, this product works perfectly.Customer Review: Exactly what I needed

I'm so glad I found these things! They have opened up options for furniture location in my house so much more, without the worry of covering up a vent. They're easy to use and can be manipulated to lineup flush with the edge of the furniture, so you don't have to worry about it being too long and with the extention, you don't have to worry about it not being long enough.Customer Review: Hot air you can be happy about.

This vent extender redirects into the room air which would otherwise be trapped under my entertainment console. It's design is ultra simple. It merely rests on the heat vent and does not attach to it. If this product were intended for use in a location where the extender could be jossled, then there might be cause for concern.Customer Review: Vent Extender

As stated by another customer, this is just what I needed for under the couch in my living room. Would like to give it 5 stars but needs to be sturdier plastic and wish I didn't have to tape it to the floor. Otherwise, was pretty much what was advertised and definitely does what I needed it for.
