This Product ia very well designed and meets all specifications. The only comments I have is There is no parts list for repairs ,such as what spark plugs and battery are recomended???? The wireing diagram is so small and light that it is not legable.What are the spark plug setting and what is the RPM recommendations.Is there a conversion kit to utlize natural gas or Propane gas as many mfg.have????Customer Review: Nice backup power generator

I had one small issue with the initial use of this product. The engine did not run at a constant rate. Dealing with the vendor was a pleasant experience. After a small tweak to the carburetor, the engine's been running great. We get plenty of power outages in our area. This generator has already come in handy on a couple of occasions. Bought from duropower starter burnt out in two week's. Called, they said starter not covered. Ordered new starter for $99.00. They sent the wrong one, when I called she said they don't take returns on electrical items. Refused to give me RMA number. Mailed it back anyway. Came back, address unknown.

I bought the 10000w pk generator to run a welder, plasma cutter and air compressor, at seperate times of course. I havent had any problems with it although I do only run it when I need to and not all the time. Over all I think it was a great investment.Customer Review: read carefully

I have not yet purchased this, even tho it seems like an excellent value, BECAUSE of the mis leading amp rating. This is an 8,000 watt generator with up to 10,000 on surge only!!! So if u really need a 10K genny, don't buy this
