We finally got to use this generator on our last camping trip. Like when we first got it, it started right up. We were able to hook up our pop-up trailer and run it all night. The noise level is definitely do-able, once we all got settled in the trailer, I could barely hear it, and while we had it running I walked over to the next campsite to see how loud it was and couldn't hear it at all. We are definitely happy with this generator and would recommend it to anyone.Customer Review: Great Generator but

I think it is a great product but:
1- The wheel kit is like toys, it busted after 3 weeks of off and on use, I replaces the wheels for $18 pair of better wheels.
2- When I try to use a Demolition Hammer (1800 Watts) the power generator fails but still can run other tools that are smaller in wattage. I have no idea why it feels with 1800 watts while it is the only tool being connected and run. May be the generator cannot supply what it says it supplies.

bought this in 09/2006 there is about 12 hours total time on this xp4400 generator,it starts with one or 2 pulls,thats not the problem, 2 times the voltmeter reads no voltage output,i found out that one of the brushs on the + side keeps burning,i called max tools they were no help,wanted to sell me another brush pack,im now looking to buy a better unit,you might think twice before buying this generator,spend the extra money a buy a good generator.Customer Review: A great buy

I purchased this generator for an outdoor picnic/party. It was easy to set up, super easy to use and it performed without a glitch! It was easy to put on the wheel kit and I like that it came with a cover too. This product is well worth the money. I purchased this in the electric start model. The generator arrived in three days (CA - MI) in perfect condition. The instructions was written in clear English. It took about 15 minutes to remove the packing and assemble the wheel/handle kit. The generator started right up and purred like a kitten. I was amazed how quiet it was. All in all, I feel I got an outstanding deal.
