Bought this a year ago, and if worked fine for a few projects. Then it started acting up, with it recycling even though it was off. This could be a real safety issue, but the company has no interest in this. then it began to lose power, and now it is both unsafe and nonfunctional. Many purchasers have found this to be defective, so if you decide to buy it, you do so at your own risk. It is definitely NOT RECOMMENDED, AND UNSAFE. I purchased this product to clean the house before painting. It worked great. The circular sprayer did a great job cleaning dirt and grime off of the house, as well as the driveway and sidewalks. The other sprayer attachment was more concentrated and really did a great job of washing away the tough spots in the driveway. It is a great powerwasher for the money. The cords and hoses are long enough that I do not regret buying an electric washer.Customer Review: Less than I expected

Although the product works fine. A couple of mis-leading things are;
#1)The hose reel at the top is fairly usless. You have to disconnect the hose before using the reel. The connection for the pressure hose is difficult at best, and easy to cross thread. I am sure cross threading would occur if I were to continue disconnecting the hose.
#2)1800 PSI is the absolute minimum you would need the clean siding, and decking.

Title basically says it all.
This unit works like a charm!
I purchased it to clean my severely mildewed deck (~5000 sq ft) before refinishing and it did a phenomenal job.
Ran continuously through several 1.5 hour sessions with a .5 hour break in between - for me, not the unit ;-)
Also used it to clean my brick BBQ and the paving stones, and, and, and...
Would highly recommend it!

This power washer did a great job on the deck, but then it died. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY. On their website, under phone number, they have a google map with an arrow pointing the middle of the state. We did a lot of the troubleshooting suggested on their website, to no avail. As the warranty was still valid, Amazon accepted ours back and sent a new one. I wonder how long it will last?
