Customer Review: Got a used power washer covered in mud

I really haven't got a chance to try this product, but I was thrown off by the fact that Amazon sent me a used product. The box came and looked like it was repackaged. I was under impression that the product will be brand new. Instead when I opened the box I found a power washer covered in mud with water leaking out from its hose. I think I got the power washer, MrFin "The Big Red One" returned. See his review below. This is very disappointing as I purchase a lot from Amazon and didn't expect anything like that from them. What kind of quality control do they have and how do they expect their customers to return after that? I hope they will handle this issue fast as I am not in the mood of waiting another week and a half for a replacement.Customer Review: Functioned precisely as promised

The power washer was for my husband. He wanted one with 3000 PSI but it is only for our house and I felt 3000 is way too much for our need. I bought this model because it was favorably reviewed by more than 50 people. It is sturdy and user friendly. My husband used it about a week ago and he is very satisfied with it. I looked at the results: the siding of our house is definitely much "brighter" because it is clean, and the mold was gone. He also used it for the ceiling of the front porch as well as the floor, and it definitely did the job. The motor didn't stop intermittently either, w/c was the common complaint on this model. For the price and the purpose the washer was intended for, I would highly recommend this product.Customer Review: Two defective "pressure" washers

I ordered this product in March, but it would not work despite my, and a more mechanically savvy friend's best efforts. Amazon return policy worked great, and I got another, hoping I had just had bad luck.
The second machine came and I easily hooked it up and washed a very dirty truck, and trailer. Next day, the "pressure" washer would provide no pressure. I finally was able to get through to the live chat feature of the company, and they told me to send it back for warranty repair, refusing to give me a refund. It is too late for Amazon to refund. I have a bad feeling that the new machine will suffer the same problems in short order. I would not spend my money on this again.

I purchased the FAIP pressure washer to replace a Husky electric pressure washer that died after a year of use.
The FAIP pressure washer works incredibly well! I really like the all-in-one features of this unit. It's built like gas-powered unit, with all of the tools in one place. The roll-up wheel of the sprayer hose is a great feature. I bought this unit as an alternative to gas-powered pressure washers that are big, bulky, hard to store and difficult to start. Every one of my friends that have had gas-powered models wished they had never bought them. The FAIP pressure washer is a great alternative, is easy to use, light in weight and powerful. Great machine!
Customer Review: Broke after one use

Stay away from this one. We used it once and at the second use, tons of water and lubricant began to flow out of the bottom, and that was the end of the machine. I tried contacting them via their website over the course of 4 weeks but got no response. They have non-existent customer service, so don't be fooled by their website's "live" chat customer service. It's automated and the only sentence you will ever get from them is "How can I help you?" and a couple of emails giving you a ticket number and saying that they will contact you soon. Since such emails can be set up to be automatically generated, I'm guessing they don't actually have any customer service.
