This washer has performed like a champ right out of the box! Absolutely no problems (or "issues" as they're now called) after using it for a couple weeks. I mainly bought it to strip wood finish off my log home. I've been using the turbo nozzle exclusively.
It's been doing a superb job at removing a variety of finishes I've tried on different sections of the house over the years. 3 year old semi-transparent stain zipped right off quickly. Even recently applied CWF (made by Flood) came off after a little extra time. With Amazon's excellent return policy, you really can't go wrong. Check one of these out. You can't beat the $160 price tag either!

I bought this power washer last Fall for a project I didn't start until this Spring. I followed the instructions, the washer ran for 5 minutes, then I hear the pump motor make a few clunking sounds and it stopped. Motor won't start, contacted on-line "live chat" which wasn't live, received an automatic response that they would get back to me in 1-2 business days. It's been a week with no further response.
Now having to rent a power washer to do the job. This washer is garbage. I highly recommend spending the extra $50 - $100 to get a good piece of equipment with a reputable brand name and avoid the hassle of poor quality and service.

I have used my pressure washer 3 times so far and have had some problems. After reading a few reviews I was kind of scared. First thing happened the variable pressure wand got stuck on the low setting. A direct chat on the manufacturers web site helped me correct that. This last time when I hooked everything up and started the machine, no water was coming out at all. As if something was stuck inside the machine. I let it sit for an hour and she worked fine. I used it for more than 6 hours straight, and once the pressure is up it works great. The machine is tempermental and I am hoping it will continue working so well.Customer Review: A Great Machine

I bought this machine after having decided not to buy a larger gasoline engine based washer. This machine has done everything I expected and then some. I have cleaned siding, sidewalks, mold off of my roof, and stripped paint from my outside porch. This machine is realtively quiet and easy to use. The documentation isn't the best, but there isn't much to running this. Do you have home projects that need a power washer? This is a great product. It has very good power and, thus far, very good durability. Couple that with a good soap solution, you have a great combo to knock out good hard cleaning.
This is not professional grade. I wouldn't start a business with this machine, but if you take care of your equipment-it will serve your home well. I love this thing!!
One cons (but minor)-hose could be a bit longer (two story house cleaning on a ladder will not reach. But I will purchase the extension to remedy that.
