I bought this for my husband early April 2008, after reading reviews online. And we are VERY HAPPY with it. He pressure washed all our fences before we stained them, then washed a patio, a driveway, our pool filters numerous times, the siding on our house, etc. and he loves it. The pressure is very good, he's happy with the level of pressure he gets on the adjustable nozzle (some cheap models lose decent pressure if you choose a wider spray), and he liked that he could roll up the hose on the back of the unit when he was done, and I was extremely happy with the price.Customer Review: Works Great

After returing a Husky 1550 PSI unit that was weaker than my garden hose with a kink in it to Home Depot, I decided to give this unit a try based on the reviews. It works really well! While not the most powerful thing on the block it will clean my commercial mowers daily with no problems at all. I can see where heat build-up could be an issue, but I would'nt use this unit for extended periods at a time anyways, nor should you. Plenty of power, lightwieght, the reel is nice, and as with everything amazon had this thing at my house in no time! Overall very satisfiedCustomer Review: Horrible, piece of garbage -100000 stars

This powerwasher blows chunks, first one worked for fine for about 5 minutes. I shut it off for a quick second and it wouldnt turn back on. Found out they were known to have faulty on/off switches. Returned it and replacement had a newer switch but even worse problems, the brass connection for the soap hose snapped off causing water to leak everywhere. This was also during the first use. I wish i could give this piece of $%#$ negative stars and a slap to the face of the engineer/qc people that allow this crap be sold. The power washer worked great right out of the box. I had no problems so far that
were mentioned in other reviews. The two wands (spray and rotary) were a bargin
for the price. I would recommend this item to a friend or any other prospective
buyer. The key to maintaining the washer will be to AVOID freezing in the winter.
I plan to keep this in a heated garage during the winter and NOT in my shop like I
did with two previous washers. I'm convinced the "winterizer" washer flushes do
NOT work.

if zero was available for review stars. i would have used it. my washer worked twice and died. the companys tech support is non existant. they send me a replacement switch for free to try to fix the problem but it wasnt the problem. the problem is that it is a piece of junk and i think its possible that this company created a machine that looked like a power washer in order to doop people into buying it. After they have your money.. its all over.
