Customer Review: aesthetically fine, functionally below adequate

The unit looks nice when installed which is the reason it was purchased. The water flow from the unit is less than adequate. You can wash your hands, but the flow is lower than desired. The rod that extends down through the unit that is used to control the drain is a pain to get to work correctly. The horseshoe shaped retainer that holds the unit to the counter has to be in the perfect position to get the rod to be free and not pinch the supply hoses at the same time. I had to spend way too much time getting the sink drain control linkage in place and functional.
