I love this faucet. I feel it's well made and enjoy using it. In fact, I now have two for the house and another in a rental. The only bummer to the pull out function is the need to lift it above the level of where it rests in the goose neck, placing a kink in the hose each time that I fear will stress the cord with repeated use. This has not been a problem, but I tend not to use it as much for fear of decreased life.
The caveat is the soap dispenser. Mine failed after a couple months. I use it regularly when doing dishes. I contacted the warranty dept over a month ago and received only the automated reply that they received my email. I hate to do it, but it's back to Home Depot and I'll buy another hoping to get a better unit next time.
