Tools and Hardware Reviews of Price Pfister 8H685PC Savannah Double-Handle Kitchen Faucet with White Lever Handles and Side Sprayer, ChromeCustomer Review: Nice Summary: 4 StarsThis faucet is really pretty. It was a great deal for $40. Price Pfister has a lifetime warranty so I will have it for a long time. The only problem was that I had no pressure on the hot water side when it was installed. Luckily my son is going to school to be a plumber. He installed it for me. He was able to take it apart and clean it. That fixed the problem.
Customer Review: Quality at A Great Price Summary: 5 StarsWe needed a good quality faucet at a reasonable price for a rental unit. We feel that if a tenant has good quality fixtures, they will respect the property better as a whole. We were very happy for this brand and style at this price. Thank you!
Customer Review: Good for the money Summary: 4 StarsI was skeptical about this item after reading Price Pfister's reviews around Internet. However, it all depend what people paid for their faucet I guess. This one goes for about $120-140 at local hardware stores and I can't see me been happy if I'd buy it there. But for $40 from Amazon - I can give it 4 stars easily. Why not 5? Here is why:
1. I can't tighten the nuts strong enough to prevent the mounted faucet from moving when you push on it. It just moves back and forth a little bit. The base the top metal cover seats on is all plastic and apparently it bends if you push hard. It doesn't bother me, but it feels cheap. "Delta" faucets don't move even a little when you try to shake them.
2. It makes a strange sound when you open water all the way. If you do it slowly it's all quiet. But if I do it quickly I hear a thing called "hydraulic blow". It's not a big deal, but again - "Delta" I had before didn't do it.
Other then that it looks good for $40 and still a nice upgrade for the money I think. How many stars would I give to the item if the price let's say was $100? Probably two, not four for sure.
Customer Review: Kitchen faucet Summary: 4 StarsA great deal considering the high cost of any decent looking faucet these days. It has a retro look but fits in nicely with the look of the kitchen and certainly updates what was a white cafeteria style faucet that was there when I moved in.
Customer Review: Caution! Summary: 3 StarsThis unit uses a small diameter spout. You will need a converter to use any add-ons, such as a portable dishwasher. Smaller spout also means less volume of water.
