I bought this case for my Dad who is retired and does a lot of traveling. He travels by car, plane and cruise ship. The 5-cigar caddy is perfect for these trips as 4-5 cigars is usually how many he'll smoke on a typical vacation. The case is extremely tough and durable, but also quite compact and light. This is the perfect case for a cigar traveler. The size is just right and even has room for a gel capsule. I have taken this both camping as well as out fishing. The durability withstands all the elements and the air-tight seal protects my cigars nicely. The included humidor is also a nice touch, too. Even though the price was only a few dollars less than a 10 stick caddy I preferred this one because it easily fits in the glove compartment of my SUV. I don't keep cigars around for more than a few days--a week at the longest so I am not so concerned about the humidor features, but I am sure it will be fine.Customer Review: great case crappy sponge

the case is great and sells at shops for 25+ dollars but the sponge in my caddy was thin and did not hold the moisture in. I took it out and bought a drymistat tube with the clear crystals and filled it with the xikar solution and it works great. Maintains a 70% rh.Customer Review: Good Product

This thing works well. Very heavy duty to protect your smokes. I don't think I'd want to keep my smokes in it too long but good for a few day trip. It is kinda bulky though so probably get a good tube for just carrying a single cigar with you.
