Customer Review: One small modification made this perfect for my laptop

I was impressed with the items quality as I took the first piece out of the box.Very well made especially for the price. With the exception of the drink holder cut out in the side of the table makes the table top weak and it started bowing after several days, with only a laptop on either of the tables. I contacted the manufacturer and they were great and sent out two new table tops minus the drink holders that look to be much more sturdy and less likely to bow, but I just shelved them for now.
I continue to use the original tabletop that had the problem that I reinforced with an inexpensive piece of fiberglass rod I purchased at our home improvement center.
I just cut it to the length of the tables underside and used the tables own existing bracing to hold my extra support into place. I did this to both tables and it give the table the additional support it needed on the side cut for the drink holder.
With my modification, its nessessary to not push the drink holder all the way flush with the table, but leave it sticking outjust under an inch, which is not a problem for us.
A piece of no slip shelf liner under your PC and its good to go on the tilt.......
It glides very easy across the carpet.(Table top is plastic, but a nice heavy plastic...no problem for me!)
