Bought this to insulate my garage and have not been disappointed. It made an instant impact on the heat retained in my garage, which affects the warmth of the rest of the house. Definitely worth it.

I cut it into the appropriate size pieces and used spray adhesive to attach it to the inside of metal garage doors. It was a quick and easy weekend project.
