We had no problem installing it. It works as advertised. Delivery was prompt.
I deducted one star, because the protective rubber around the steel rack tore within a few days of use and had to be replaced with tape.

does what its supposed to, after assembled on the wall, it folds down too easily when removing/mounting a bike, so you have to put the bike down and lock the rack in place before trying againCustomer Review: nice rack

It turned out to be a little small for to mountain bikes but it still fits and that priced I ended up saving about $12 compared to retail value. It tightly handles two big mountain bikes.
