Customer Review: Great tool, good concept, but...

It will staple a wide range of cables with almost no risk of damage, and it is easy (comfortable) to use. With a range of 4 different staples for different size wire, it does the work of 4 separate tools from other companies. Very innovative. I liked its flexibility, it is easy to use, worked better than any other cable tacker I have ever used.... right up until I ran out of staples. NOBODY, but NOBODY , has staples that will work in this thing, much less the actual Desa branded staples (which I think, due to their unique design, are the only ones that work anyway). This tool is superior in every way, but when you run out of the pitifully few staples that come with it, you have to throw it away or buy a new one, because NOBODY HAS the !!@#$!! things! It's like trying to buy 16.5" tires for your old pickup. You might as well just buy new wheels! They just ain't OUT there. I'm NOT going put up with having to mail order something like staples! Pitiful planning, they should never allow them to be sold by any retail store unless they are selling the staples too.
