Customer Review: terrible, not worth it

I got a bad vibe first when I didn't get my package on time.
Then I decided that I shouldn't judge something before I tested it.
I put the rack together and it was simple. The rack wobbled a lot, but I thought that was because of how I put it together. I took it apart and put it together pretty well. However, the rack continued to wobble and was not stable at all (I'm a pretty decently built man, so it's definitely not because I didn't have the strength to put the pieces together).
To add to this, one of the wheels just does not work. I took the brakes off and checked for anything stuck in the wheel(which there was nothing stuck there), but the wheel continued to be in a non functional state.
When trying to increase the height of the rack, the grips would not hold well and the racks would just slide down to the lowest level. That's really a bother because the two sides are close together I can only hang stuff on one side because there is not enough space. To solve this issue, I wrapped duck tape around the grips and those temporarily kept the racks up.
After sometime, the plastic areas around the metal tubes (which one puts there hangers on) cracked and eventually broke. To my knowledge I haven't hung up anything heavy. Just shirts and pants...
This is just such a terrible product that I would never buy or look into any other products from this maker.
I plan to try to get a refund or get a replacement.
