I was very excited to get this but when I did, I opened the box and immediately had to wipe it down because it was dirty.. then as I put it together (easy to assemble) I notice one of the pieces was CRACKED!!!!
I have to glue it together and the once I was finished, I noticed that one of the small handles was missing!!! I was a little frustrated but I could not find a telephone number on the website to contact customer service so my husband and I decided to just live with it. We like the product and it serves it's purpose.

The construction is a little flimsy from what I would expect for the money but it stands up pretty sturdy and once it is in place it's relatively secure.
Not sure what others are talking about with the space issues. We have no problems, it stores more than we can fit in our outdoor Blue-Bin. Maybe you should crush the plastics first? Milk jugs don't take up much room if properly taken care of.
For the money I'd expect it to be stronger, but it's just about perfect for its' intended use.

To be simple and concise... This Tower is entirely too small for its intended purpose. It would be a better product should the item be twice the width, no so much the height, but the bins themselves are not sized large enough to fit say 3 sunday newspapers/bin. Cans and bottle are OK... if stacked properly inside the bin it is possible to fit an 18 pack of soda cans...bottles maybe 12 pack. Great idea for a single person with a small apartment..but for a family wouldnt be the best fit...Customer Review: Great for small spaces

We have a very small office, no recycling service at our location and we felt we should start recycling glass and plastic on our own. We had been using a copy paper box to hold bottles and cans and after finding the recycling bin at Amazon, it's been a definite upgrade. It's convenient, spacious enough and doesn't take up much floor space. Much tidier looking than the old cardboard box. If it would empty itself automatically at the transfer station in town, I'd give it 5 stars.Customer Review: my parents LOVE this!

I bought this for my parents for Christmas 2008. Previously they had been throwing their recycling into the laundry tub in the laundry/mud room until they would make a trip out to the shed. It looked bad and also made it impossible to use the tub. They love this item (and they are fairly picky) It's not too big but not too small. I bought it because it's not the BRIGHT primary colors so frequently seen in bins. It goes nicely in their mud room. It's made well. I recommend.
