I'm a total novice to wood working, but my son and I wanted to work on making a new bed for him. I wanted to make sure we could take it apart and move it easier. These rails did the trick. Nice and snug fitting, bed doesnt creak or anything. Very simple to install. I bought a second pair to make another bed.
Description of Surface Mounted Keyhole Bed Rail Brackets - 90 Degree Bracket Set
This surface-mounted bed rail bracket is a snap to install. 90 degree red rail bracket includes a safety lock feature. Screws to be used should be 32 #8 flat-head screws and 4 #10 round head screws to the length necessary for your application.
