First off Kudos to Amazon great price,free shiping and it was delivered in like 3 days.

Pros: this thing seems very well built, extremely solid, folds up for compact storage, very versatile
Cons: the only con I can think of is that this thing is a little on the heavy side, so some people might need help moving it.
I would highly recommend this tool. It really makes life easier with certain projects. Well worth the price.

Very useful, use it everyday several times a day usually. Have a job? How can I use the jawhorse to make life easier? Usually there seems to be a way if working by myself to incorporate the help of the jhorse. Used it to move a 10'x 20' canopy by building a "t" brace using jhorse, putting the tbrace in the jhorse and putting both in back of Ranger bed to move to another location.
Last night used the soft jaws to rebuild motorcycle forks, really nice having it for this.
I have also used a previous reviewers idea to make tender with the log attachment. Very clever and useful idea.

I bought the jawhorse before my workshop was set up and it has performed exactly as advertised. I clamped a lightweight interior door in it to use as a workbench. It was stable and portable (but the jawhorse isn't very light). It has been a great help with holding items during cutting or routing. It is easy to fold, but heavy to carry around (the wheel can be a real help). I see no reason why it won't give many years of use with only very little care. I consider it a worthwhile investment for all those times I want stable, reliable clamping or a steady work surface that is easily portable.Customer Review: Wish I Had Thought of This

I had a portable aluminum work stand prior to this, and it was "all metal" and screws. The screws would regularly come loose, making the stand dangerous. So I couldn't wait for the Jawhorse to arrive, and within minutes, I was happily cutting 2x4s with this. Easy to set up, easy to use, incredible clamping system. I bought several accessories, but I haven't had the chance to use them yet. Can't wait to try the miter saw station. I have lots of cabinets to build during the winter, and the plywood attachment should come in handy too. I don't know how I ever lived without this! I just began remodeling my 5th house. I do most of the work solo, and I always wish I had a second set of hands. Now that I have the Jawhorse, I have BOTH hands on my saw!
No more trying to hold things with one hand and wielding a power tool with the other. No more trying, in vain, to stand on one end of a pipe or a 2X4.
The Jawhorse has made my work faster and SAFER! This would be a great gift for any handyman. Even if they are skeptical at first, it will quickly become an invaluable part of many jobs!
