I can sleep with no pillow at all. Meaning I use a pillow for the softness, not necessarily to prop my head higher. If you are like me then this pillow is perfect: fluffy, soft, not too full. Can use even if you are a stomach sleeper.Customer Review: just right

This pillow has just the right amount of squish-i-ness and softness for me. I like to be able to scrunch up my pillows under my head and since this one is not too densely filled I am able to do so, and it's very comfortable.Customer Review: amazing! I finally slept all night!

If you want to sleep like a baby these pillows are for you. Not to flat, Not to fluffy, Nothing poking you(like feather pillows). No adjusting them, you'll fall right to sleep as soon as your head hits the pillow.
