I put this on our basement floor. First I filled in any cracks and holes with concrete patch. Then we swept and vacuumed and then washed the floor well with TSP. When the floor had dried I applied the epoxy. I was very hesitant at first, worried that it would not come out looking good, or that I would run out before I finished (area being treated was ~ 200 sq ft). However, it rolled on very easy and spread well. I painted along the edges with a brush first, and then used an epoxy-rated roller with 1/4" nap). It looks FANTASTIC with the flakes. Had ~ 1/4 can left when finished. I would use this product again in a heatbeat.

Transform your basement into living, playing, and working spaces. The attractive satin finish is easy to keep clean. Great for basement walls too. Water based for low odor and easy soap and water clean up. No primer is needed 1 coat coverage. Provides a hard, durable surface that resists wear, stains, and abrasions for long lasting beauty. Kit contains 2 cans (1 quart part A activator and 1 gallon part B base), decorative chips, stir stick, and instruction sheet (English and Spanish). Apply with epoxy roller cover 1/2'' nap.
