I searched all over my town going to every place I could think to find a 18V RYOBI Flashlight replacement bulb with no luck.. Normal flashlight bulbs don't work.. Then I search Amazon and found this vendor.. They even sent it Fed-X.. When I was online tracking it daily...nice.. Then me and my wife were working in the front yard the day that Fed-X said it would be delivered. I cam inside to check status again..Fed-X said they delivered.. MY wife and I were outside since 12 noon and they indicted it was left on our front porch at 4:48am.. So I called Fed-X and told them no way.. getting no were with Fed-X I was surprise of this injustice.. So I then contacted this vendor and they quickly shipped me another bulb.. Now that is great customer service by this vendor!!!
Fed-X I give a very poor rating.. three days later FED-X delivers me the original shipment, just after the second replacement one came from the vendor. Now more ironic FED-X had just sent me a letter indicting I had no claim.. Now that is total injustice and poor customer service by FED-X.. Very disappointing performance by Fed-X..
