I've had this for about 8 months and use it on a weekly basis to blow leaves and grass clippings. The blower arrived in great condition with no visible damage, etc. that I've read about purchasing re-conditioned tools. It takes approx. 5 pulls to get it started, then warms up quickly and ready to go. I've not had any problems with the tubing coming off as others have mentioned. I used the vac 1x which made quick work of picking up the leaves. It has a plastic blade with a metel piece to help with the rough stuff. Overall, for weekend use, I am happy with this purchase.Customer Review: Not recommended!

I bought this blower about 4 months ago and it worked fine at first. It is rather hard to start and it has to warm up a few minutes before it runs at full speed. Now after using it for about 10 minutes it dies out and doesn't want to start again until it cools off. I've read other people having the same issue with it. The price was reasonable and it was refurbished, but I would not recommend this blower to anyone. I'm going to try to use it today and see what happens. Factory Reconditioned Ryobi 25.4cc Gas Powered Variable Speed Hand Held Blower/Vacuum/Mulcher (Non-CARB Compliant) #ZR08510
This unit arrived in like new condition. This is an excellent blower and vacuum. I filled it with fresh gas mixed 50:1 and it started after only a few pulls. This unit has plenty of power for blowing and also the vacuum/mulcher works great. I highly recommend this unit for any residential use.

Based upon the price for a new Ryobi the recoditioned unit was a good buy. While not as powerfull as my previous older Ryobi I expect it will do the job of blowing the dirt and leaves out of my garage and yard. I received the unit in good shape and in fact it looked like a new blower with a reman part number on it that was used to seed the system. It doesn't start as readily as the old one but I'm satisfied with the deal, and if it doesn't perform like I expect I'll return or replace it via Amazon's return/replacement procedure.Customer Review: Pretty much junk

I purchased this last March and it arrived as advertised; very littlle wear and all parts.
I had used it only 5 or 6 times since it arrived with no problems. However, I went to use it this week and the choke assembly broke rendering the blower unusable. After only half a dozen uses, this is unacceptable. So in trying to save a few bucks I'll get to spend half a day tracking down the parts or driving around looking for a repair facility.
Save your money and buy new if they can't sell a quality rebuild.
