Customer Review: Conflicting specs listed

The specs (CFM, MPH) are not the same under "Technical Details" as under "Product Details", and the difference is significant. When I sent a note to Amazon pointing this out, I got a canned response saying they could not use my "correction". (It was not a correction, but asking THEM to fix the error. Apparently nobody actually reads these things.)
If you search the Web for "Ryobi ZR08570", you can find it cheaper elsewhere and without the $20 s&h charge being tacked on here (at this time: Sept.2009).
I'm a huge fan of Amazon, but now and then they just seem to lose track of the high standards which have gotten them so many customers, and it almost always seems to be when they are taking orders for a product offered by another company. This is one of those cases.
Edit:
I eventually decided to order this directly from Northern Tool. It came loose in a big cardboard box, everything just rattling around loose inside, including the straps. The manual says nothing about attaching the straps, so they probably are supposed to already be attached. I've put a lot of stuff together in my lifetime, but I spent over an hour trying to figure out how to attach the straps and got nowhere. I called tech support and got nowhere. I finally downloaded a picture which gave a better view of the straps than the one in the manual. As owners of the machine know, the straps themselves DON'T attach to the frame -- the buckles of the straps slip through slots on the frame and that is what holds it together! I have never seen anything like this in my life. Seems like Ryobi's tech support should have known this.
The machine does not start up for me quite as easily as it apparently does for some other reviewers, but it's not too bad; however, it sometimes dies out while I'm trying to get the thing on my back.
Also, despite what another recent reviewer said, there is one more switch to consider when starting it -- the switch which locks the trigger in place. If that is still locked (which is possible since the machine has a switch which turns it off without releasing the lock), it appears that the choke/run switch will not stay in the choke position.
Unlike some reviewers, my box had the ring-clamps in it for holding the tube together, though the top of the tube has a nipple-and-slot system which is supposed to lock it in place, but that sometimes comes off the blower.
The gas tank is too small for my needs. I have to fill the tank when I start and it still runs out about 3/4ths of the way through, and that is just blowing off the front yard and a long driveway. I have to refill it again to do the back, and I hate having to pour gas into a hot machine.
After all this, I expected a backpack model to be much more powerful than a handheld model, else what's the point? But while it may be a little more powerful (it's hard to tell), it is certainly not a huge difference.
If I had it to do over again, I would get a new and much more powerful unit of a non-Ryobi brand (bad tech support, bad packaging, goofy design, etc.) or if I couldn't stand to spend that much money, I would just get a handheld gas model.
