As a do-it-yourselfer, I was looking for a miter saw that would not break the bank. Purchased this one and found that it works and looks like new. This tool is great!! I am a handyman and I had questions about buying a reconditioned machine, but now I could confirm that it is excelent option for home projects where you do not need spend a lot of money in tools. Although the price was right, the base is uneven unless I put washers on the one leg to square it up. I hope this doesn't affect the overall precision of the saw. I wonder how it could make it through final inspection twice with this problem.Customer Review: Decent value for money

Price is good, but when I started it the second time it blew my receptacle fuse which is rated for 15A. Seems to work OK with other receptacles. It is also kind of jerky and loud... then again it is $80. Decent value for money overall.Customer Review: Goodsaw for the price

Saw came as described with all parts. Delivery was timely. Only criticism was that saw was covered with sawdust. Reconditioned or not, it seems to be that it should have been cleaned before shipping to a (the next?)customer
