Customer Review: Will melt and make a mess if in direct sunlight/extreme heat

I had a similar experience to this other reviewer. Purchased one at Target a week ago. It melted all over other merchandise in my car on the way home, then melted again sitting on our patio table while not even lit. The wax went all over our patio table and ran down onto our deck. It created a mess that required a power washer to clean up. DO NOT BUY THIS product!!!
As a follow-up - someone from SC Johnson company did call me and offered to mail a full refund along with coupons for replacement/alternative products. She very diplomatically explained the temperature range for these candles...could have easily exceeded 110* in my car and possibly sitting out in the sun on my patio. I have to say, it is probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Good company, but not sure on this particular product.
