Customer Review: Balance the load carefully or don't use this one...

After one of five of these I bought broke in use, I read the Amazon buyers' reviews again and realized this item has some serious limitations, but could be made to work the way I wanted.
Anything heavy moved on these dollies must have the weight transferred to the outer edges. Center loading this dolley is a recipe for disaster. I ended up putting pieces of plywood the same size as the dolley under the boxes of books that I move on it, and that solved the problem, but I wish I had known this before buying.
A small re-design by the manufacturer and a few cents more plastic to reinforce this item to hold the stated weight standards would be in order.
