This is an incredibly cheaply made excuse for a scratch pen. When I twist the end the fiberglass stick never advances past the tip of the tool. I took the pen apart to see if anything was broken, and there isn't any damages from shipping or other damage. The tool is just poorly made and does not work. Check out the pictures I uploaded showing the mechanism inside not working and the fiberglass stick not clearing the tip by a 1/4" (inch.)
