We use this lock at work , With multiple employees coming in and out of the same door 24/7 , This lock has stood the test of time. The 9 volt battery seems to last forever. We had to implement a annual time to change the battery because we werent really sure when the battery would die. These locks are solid and are very weather resistant. This lock saved me on several occasions. i'm able to leave the bottom lock unlocked for family,friends and contractors they enter the code in the top lock then I change the code when I get home. This is a must have for people having contractors, with children that loses their keys alot. Run by batteries my batteries lasted a year before needing changing. Looks great. Easy to install. Very convenient to have a keypad, instead of handing out keys to dog walker, etc. Easy to program new codes. The only thing that was a little difficult was using the key. The directions aren't very clear. I couldn't get the key out and had to call customer support (who basically told me to "just keep fiddling with it"). I finally figured it out.Customer Review: The best combination lock I've found

This is the second Schlage combination lock I've bought. The first one was for a vacation home. I was worried that a battery-powered lock might lose power and I would be locked out, but the fact that the battery does not have to actually turn the bolt means that it will have a much longer life. It looks good on both sides, and is easy to install and use.Customer Review: Easy as 123

I installed on a Fleetwood manufactured home (trailor) in about 1/2 hour. Makes life easier not having to think about carrying a key or another family member arriving home without one. When we go away and have someone watch the house or feed the cat they just need the code and then we can change it. Price, delivery, product and installation ease 5 stars.
