Easy installation, and easy to use. The procedure to change codes is simple, but requires punching in a lot of numbers and codes in a specific order -- I usually have to try several times before getting it to work.
The lighted numbers are a nice touch. Metal casing inside and out makes it look nicer than other products.
On one occasion, the maid service couldn't figure out how to lock the door (press enter and turn knob) -- they apparently tried until the battery was exhausted. Must have taken them hours.
Overall a great product. Highly recommended.

Great keyless entry option. Installation is a breeze (just make sure it is
in the un-protrude/unlock position during install). I like that it's a manual turn instead of motorized. However, it's difficult to remove the key if you ever need to use key to lock/unlock (insert is ok). But then, hopefully I never need to use key. Programming sequence is easy, but sometimes I have to do it more than once to get it working.

This is a very nice lock. It looks great and the light-up keypad is wonderful. The install is pretty easy, although I didn't use the included strike plate, as I would have had to route out the door jam as it is larger than a standard one. I didn't buy this for added security, but for convenience. My 2 teenagers keep losing their keys, now problem solved. I would like to put one on my other door too.Customer Review: Very convenient - no keys required!

Now I don't have to worry weather our son left with his keys or not nor do I have to worry weather a house guest has a key or not. Very easy to install. Fits right into the place of existing locks. When we had a kitchen renovation going on for 2 months, we created a new code for the contractor. He used to come in go while we were at work. Once the project was over, I deleted the code and that's it.Customer Review: Good design

I had Keypad lock before. But that one was broken. Compare my old one, this one doesn't use motor, after input code, you need to rotate the handle. That confused me a little after I install it. I was thinking it will rotate by itself. That is main lesson and learn for me. I think this design is better. My previous one got broken because its motor burned. This one won't have that problem.
