This is a GREAT invention !! After the EASY installation,we finally have a DRY garage !! I looked at Lowe's and Home Depot,and the quality of this one far surpasses theirs. I am VERY pleased with the performance of this product.We did however buy the liquid nails to put it down with.I agree with other reviews,that the adhesive that comes with it is not the best.Thanks Amazon !! This is the second time I've put one of these down in my garage (1st was with previous house). In part of country I live in, it keeps bug's out nicely. Help's seal door when closed. Easy to install. Would recommend getting an extra tube of liquid nail to use. Solution provided does not cover all of area stated in instructions. Price on Amazon hard to beat. I bought this product to compliment the seal on the bottom of my garage door. The door seal was not sufficient to completely keep water out of the garage when it rained. I installed this threshold in about 20 minutes and it has worked superbly. My garage is now completely sealed from water. This product is very good at stopping the rain from entering your garage. My builder didn't build the garage slab (live in FL) with a lip, so when it rained hard the rain would come under my garage door (slab and door don't meet perfectly). This product fixed the problem and know more rain. It really proved itself through two hurricanes.

Worked well during storm. No water entered the garage at all. Hardest part was cutting the edges of the threshold to fit around the garage door brackets on the floor. I have a 16 ft threshold. The provided glue was not enough to hold the threshold- bought DAP Alex Plus to provide the waterproof inner and outer seals. No complaints.
