After installing the Garage Door Threshold, the water no longer
puddles on the garage floor. I added extra sealant to the edges.

I needed a product that offered a solution to a better sealing thresholds for garage doors installed in portable buildings. The rubber that comes on the bottom of roll up doors did not always seal good. This rubber seal looks nice installed and improves sealing.

Bought the 20ft to break into 2 x 9ft sections for my two garage doors. Easy to cut and install. First heavy rain and no leaks so far!
Only issue is that the provided adhesive was not enough to cover the installation of so many feet of threshold.

Product was delivered faster than expected. I cut it into two halves to do two 9 foot doors. Didn't have enough of the sealant to do the job. They need to send two tubes of the sealer for attaching the threshold to the floor for the 20 footer.Customer Review: works beautifully

The contractor put the driveway asphalt as high as the garage slab. We got flooded every time it rained. This was easy to install, and works beautifully.
Do buy the liquid nails - you'll need more glue than is included.
