the safe feels solid enough, but it looks as though the instructions included the wrong combination. we had several people try to open it, even a lock-smith. we tried to contact the company multiple times and never heard back. i gave up and put it in the trash today.

The SentrySafe Wall Safe has dual protection with a 3 number combination lock and a key lock. It has rugged 16 gauge steel cabinet and double plate steel door, 2 live locking bolts secure the door with concealed hinge. A reversible, symmetrical design allows you to open the door from the left or right side. There are two removable shelves to keep your valuables organized. Key rack with 3 hooks.
