I was always taught that you get what you pay for...in this case though I paid less than 3 dollars I was ripped off. This is not a 'shake' flashlight - well - you can shake it all you want but it wont do any good.
The package clearly says "Just Shake" and "No Battery Needed" and "Magnetic recharge method allow [sic] LED light be [sic] recharged unlimited times"
This is a very cheaply made 2 battery flashlight. There is no magnet, the 'copper' coils are not connected to anything, the only 'electronics' is the resistor to limit current to the LED (no diodes, capacitors etc like would be needed for a real shake light). For more reviews of the same problem for a different product see...Shake Flashlight. This product apparently uses the same gimmick based on its reviews. I have attempted to post a picture to show the inside of the flashlight in case you are curios.
This would be a fine product if it was called "Cheap single LED flashlight"...but it isn't. It gets one star because 0 is not allowed.
Just a note: I also ordered this one... iTouchless DLX Forever Last Flashlight, No Battery Needed ... it is real and does work.
Now I just have to decide to be irate or to feel sorry for the person who would be so desperate to fake a 3 dollar flashlight.
