Bought a perfectly good office chair missing one wheel caster from a thrift store. Used the more pricey websites to figure out the size of the wheel caster and stem, luckily found at Amazon the right replacement now that I had the right size. Works perfectly just slapped it in, shipping more expensive than the wheel itself. I pulled the stem out of chair legs using vice grips so you might not need that expensive stem puller. Very pleased with purchase.
