I tried to use several extension that were not designed for above your head house painting. I gave up! Then I saw this on old reliable Amazon. It is a heavy duty and adaptable tool. It is solid so you can apply pressure to the roller above your head. It is easily adjustable for different elevations and surfaces. If this one ever wears out--and it seems like it is one tool for life--I will buy another. In fact, I am going to use this tool with a variety of "heads" when I need an extension. For instance, spiders, wall washing, RV washing, and reaching anything above my head. Perhaps, a bit heavy for a walking stick (LOL)>:
