I love these pillows :) They are my absolute favorite, more than any down or cotton pillow I have ever slept on. I have also gotten compliments on these pillows from my guests, as we have also placed them on our guest room bed. They also last forever! I got my first one in 2001 and have used it every night, taken it on trips, etc. Since then, I've purchased 5 more for our bed and the guest bed.Customer Review: Product "Cut-Off"

I bought two of these exact same pillows some years ago and they were perfect. My most recent purchase of an identical pillow was chopped off and didn't fit the pillow case as they did before.It has not improved. It is similar to other products where the manufacturer tries to save a few pennies on each product and collectively saves a lot of money. Will no longer purchase any Simmons product.Customer Review: Good pillow for three years

I bought two of these three years ago and they are just right for me. However today, three years later, I unzipped the slipcovers for their periodic washing and the latex inside had totally crumbled, vast quantities of latex dust tumbled out. So don't expect yours to last more than three years! (The pillows are still good to sleep on, just don't try to open the zipper.)

I really like this pillow. It is just what I was looking for. It is firm and supportive, but also soft. It does smell when you first open it. You have to let it air out a little. Then I rubbed a little scented lotion on it before I put it in the pillowcase. Now it actually smells nice. I bought one of these at a fancy furniture store and it was $55. Much better price on Amazon!Customer Review: Disappointed.

I just received this pillow, and I think it's very uncomfortable. It's just too thick, so my head is propped up too far (I sleep on my back and side), which hurts my neck. I bought it because of all the positive reviews, so I thought I should add my experience to caution others. I might be able to use it behind my back for reading in bed or watching TV, but not for sleeping!
