I normally pay $80 each for these locally. I didn't need pillows, but the price was too good to pass up! These are quality latex foam, and there is no odor...ok a little "latexy" but it soon goes away. I have been sleeping on these since for 40 years, and it is the only pillow I will use. I had to get some for my family members 'cause they kept trying to steal mine!Customer Review: disappointed

Received wrong size, returned and again received wrong size.
My computer was down for several days and there was no way otherwise provided to complain.
Finally had to contact the credit card company . They gave me a phone number to call.
When I finally got them on the phone, they could noy have been any more understanding and accommodating .

this pillow is by far the best pillow i've ever had. it provides me the support i needed which really helps relieving my neck pain issue. i've have had this pillow for about 9 yrs and it's still holding up it's shape and it's support at about 90% compare to when it's brand new. i think it can last for another 2 years before i need switch it out to a new one.Customer Review: I'm returning it

I bought this because I have trouble with my ears getting sore when I sleep on my side and this was supposed to be good for a side sleeper. First of all the smell is just awful! I would highly recommend airing this out for a few days before using. And it made my ears even more sore then the memory foam pillow that I already have so am sending it back.Customer Review: Nice pillow. NOT FIRM.

The pillows were nice but were just too soft- definitely not firm. I bought two FIRM foam pillows at Bed Bath and Beyond a few years back, but they are compressing and becoming flatter...too flat for allergy-ridden side sleepers like me. Unfortunately, BB & B doesn't carry them anymore. Too bad these didn't do the trick. Time to keep looking...
