Customer Review: Overstuffed yet too soft

I'm always looking for a really firm pillow and thought I'd try the inner coils of this Beautyrest. I got the King size and boy is it big. Huge, even. It doesn't fit in any pillowcase I own, so I pinned a cloth on it to protect it. I am really disappointed that something so substantial looking is still so soft. I can't detect any extra support from the inner coils, and the fiberfill they used is just way too soft and slippery. If I sleep on my side, the center part sinks down and the two sides poof up until my face is obstructed by it.
I'll give it a few more weeks to settle down before I replace it with my old pillow. But I can't see spending that type of money for a pillow I can't fit in a pillowcase, and that doesn't give me the firm support I wanted.
Edited 3/31/10: I wanted to update this review by saying that the pillow has squashed down a little, and seems firmer and more compact. It fits in a pillowcase now, and I'm still using it. But I still wouldn't pay for this item again.
